Board meetings are now held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm. Please visit the Event Calendar for the meeting location. Residents are welcome to voice any concerns that they might have.

Did you know that you can quiet a noisy bathroom fan without replacing it? In many cases, simply vacuuming out all the dust can help reduce some of the noise. Once you remove the fan cover, simply unplug the fan from the base and remove the screw holding it in place. A can of compressed air can help remove dust from hard to reach areas.
